Clinics set their own prices, waiting times and acceptance rules. Tabdor cannot guarantee that a clinic will accept a patient, that an appointment will be available on a specific date, or any medical result. Clinic and hospital fees are paid as outside costs and are separate from Tabdor's coordination fee.

Can you find a doctor who speaks Arabic?+
Tabdor can ask clinics about this, but it is not always possible. When it is not, a translator can be arranged on request.

Tabdor can coordinate the appointment, translation, transport and accommodation together, so you have one contact.
Who pays the clinic?+
Clinic fees are outside costs. How they are paid is explained clearly before you confirm anything.
