- To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and perform services
- To coordinate selected suppliers and licensed professionals
- For payments, accounting, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention and support
Sharing and payments
We share data only when needed with selected providers, professionals, authorities or payment providers to fulfil your request or meet legal obligations.
When Stripe-hosted checkout is used, Tabdor does not store your card details.
Legal basis
- Contract: to prepare a quote and perform the service you ask for (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Legal obligation: accounting and tax records under Belgian law (art. 6.1.c).
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and handling complaints (art. 6.1.f).
- Consent: for health information you choose to share for medical appointments (art. 9.2.a). You can withdraw it at any time.
Transfers outside the EU
WhatsApp (Meta) and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The UK and Switzerland have EU adequacy decisions.
How long we keep data
- Requests with no order: up to 12 months after the last message.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as Belgian law requires.
- Documents you send for a service: deleted once the service and any dispute period end.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. It stores only your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser. This is strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked, so no consent banner is needed.
You can delete this at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data. Write to blautr.srl@icloud.com. We reply within one month.
