Terms of Service

Tabdor is a help and problem-solving service operated by Blautr SRL, a Belgian SRL / BV. Full identification details are on the Legal information page, linked below.

• You describe the request first. We confirm the scope, timing and price before payment.
• For standard services, the agreed concierge fee is paid before work begins.
• Complex or high-value engagements use an initial deposit followed by agreed milestones.
• Third-party costs are separate and require your approval and payment before they are incurred.

• Services cover Europe and the UK. EU company formation and EU residency routes remain specific to the European Union.
• You must provide accurate information and lawful instructions. We accept legitimate, lawful requests only.
• Legal, immigration, accounting, tax, medical and other regulated work is handled or advised by appropriately licensed external professionals, unless the concierge is legally licensed to do so.

We do not guarantee availability, booking success, residency, permits, investment outcomes, medical results, or decisions made by authorities and external providers.

• Every price is confirmed in writing before you pay. Prices for consumers include Belgian VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise.
• An invoice is issued for every payment.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, the model form and the complaints process are on the Cancellation & Refunds page.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Belgian law applies. Courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, but a consumer keeps the protection of the law and courts of the country where they live.
