Protect yourself
Never send a deposit or any payment before the property and the contract details are confirmed in writing, ideally after a viewing. Rental scams that target people abroad are common across Europe. Tabdor can check that an agent or listing responds normally, but the final decision is yours.
Agency fees, notary fees, taxes and deposits are outside costs. They are shown separately from Tabdor's coordination fee. Larger property projects are usually handled with a deposit and then payments as steps are completed.
