Paperwork & translation

Arabic Translation and Paperwork Support in Brussels

In Brussels, most letters, forms and phone lines are in French or Dutch. A letter from the commune, a landlord, an energy company or a bank can be stressful when you are not sure what it says or what to do next. Tabdor gives you Arabic-language support with these everyday tasks, by WhatsApp.

Asking is free · Price confirmed before work starts

Tabdor explains, calls, prepares and follows up. It does not give legal advice and does not issue certified translations itself. When an office asks for a sworn (certified) translation, or your situation needs a lawyer or another regulated professional, Tabdor tells you and coordinates with a qualified third party.

Booking appointments with local offices and services, and telling you what to bring.

04

Document preparation

What to send us

The more of this you include in your first message, the faster you get a clear answer and a price.

  • A clear photo of the letter or form (you can hide personal numbers)
  • Who sent it and any deadline written on it
  • What you need: explanation, a call, an appointment, a form or a translation
  • For translations: the language pair and whether it must be sworn
  • Your commune in Brussels, if it is about local administration

Good to know

Belgian offices often ask for documents from abroad to be translated by a sworn translator, and sometimes legalised or apostilled. Requirements differ by office and by document, so check with the office first; Tabdor can make that call for you.

Keep copies of every document and note reference numbers and deadlines. Sworn translation and official fees are outside costs, shown separately from Tabdor's fee. Tabdor cannot guarantee any decision by an office or company.
