Company Setup Support in Belgium for Arabic Speakers
Belgium is a common choice for starting a business in Europe, but the process involves French or Dutch documents, several offices and professionals with their own requirements. Tabdor is a Belgian company itself (Blautr SRL, Brussels) and coordinates the practical side of opening a company for Arabic-speaking founders, in Arabic or English.

Tabdor is not a law firm, accountant, notary, tax adviser or government office. It does not give legal or tax advice. Regulated work — such as notarial deeds, accounting, tax filings and legal opinions — is done by the appropriate licensed professionals. Tabdor organises the communication, documents and appointments so you are not handling everything alone.
How Tabdor helps
1. Legal form and activity
Common options include working as a sole trader or opening a private limited company (SRL/BV). Tabdor arranges a meeting with an accountant or lawyer who advises on the right choice for you.
2. Notary and accountant coordination
An SRL/BV is created by a notarial deed and needs a financial plan, usually prepared with an accountant. Tabdor coordinates appointments and documents between you and them.
3. Registration
Businesses are registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE/KBO), usually through an approved business counter. Tabdor follows the steps and keeps you informed.
4. VAT and social insurance
Where relevant, VAT registration and joining a social insurance fund for self-employed people. Your accountant handles the filings; Tabdor helps gather what they ask for.
5. Paperwork and appointments
Bank meetings, translations, forms and local appointments, with translation into Arabic where you need it.

Important before you start
Rules depend on your nationality, residence status and activity. Some activities need specific permits or proof of professional knowledge, and people from outside the EU may need a professional card or other permission to work as self-employed in Belgium. These points must be confirmed by the competent authorities or a licensed professional — Tabdor cannot guarantee approval or timelines.
Notary, accountant, registration and bank fees are outside costs, shown separately. Company setup is usually handled in agreed steps: a deposit to start, then payments as each step is completed.
